ESMSA holds board meetings every third Thursday of the month, 7:30pm at the Dayton Ave. Administration building (small structure at the entrance of Dayton Ave. School).  Any changes to dates or locations will be posted to our facebook group: (ESM Sports Association)

ESMSA board meetings are open to the public, however, the seating is limited. If you would like to attend the board meeting, please email [email protected] with your request . Requests for attendance will be accepted until 9:00 am the day of the board meeting.  You will receive a confirmation email reserving your seat. After receiving the email, if you are unable to attend, please email [email protected] so we can offer the seat to another person. There will be a wait list. Please do not attend the board meeting unless you have received an email confirming your reserved seat. 

Residents have an opportunity to submit questions to the Executive Board from the Monday prior to the board meeting and up to 9:00 am the day of the meeting. Email questions to [email protected].

There will be protocols in place when entering the meeting space.  Your name will be checked for confirmation. The room will be filled from the back forward.
